Chinese Tea, calligraphy, Tai Chi… this Kenyan student is quite “local”

Mercy Nyaruiru Mburu, from Kenya, is currently studying at Beijing Jiaotong University. When asked about "fascinating aspects of Chinese traditional culture," she eagerly listed the experiences she’s had. "I experienced Tai Chi," Mu said. She also tried calligraphy, “the strokes in Chinese characters are very intriguing." According to her, calligraphy is an expression of feelings.
