8月14日，中亚人工智能协会主席、上海合作组织前秘书长、乌茲别克斯坦前外交部长弗拉基米尔·伊马莫维奇·诺罗夫 ，在重庆参加2024“未来之桥”中国—中东欧青年研修交流营“过程中接受中国青年报专访，高度赞赏中国对推进AI发展作出的努力、取得的成就与发挥的领导力，认为年轻一代应利用人工智能来发展他们的国家，创造自己的财富。

On August 14, the Chairman of the Central Asian Association of Artificial Intelligence,former Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and former Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Vladimir Imomovich Norov attended the "Bridge of the Future" China-Central and Eastern Europe Youth Campus 2024 in Chongqing. During the interview with China Youth Daily, he highly complimented China's efforts, achievements and leadership in promoting the development of AI. He thought that the younger generation should use AI to develop their country and create their own fortune.
