China is set to integrate youth development strategy into its 15th Five-Year Plan period, focusing on housing, employment and marriage concerns, according to a proposal from the Communist Youth League. The initiative calls for embedding youth policies into national planning, launching targeted livelihood projects and advancing legislation to protect youth rights. Pilot programs are already showing results: Ningbo's Beiluan District has helped over 4,000 young families with housing subsidies up to 300,000 yuan, while Shandong Province has provided 28,000 apartments for young residents through its housing project.(photo/AI)
