Youth Survey｜Chinese Youth Cherish " Workplace Childhood Friends"

A survey of 1,334 Chinese youth by China Youth Daily finds 87.1% have workplace childhood friends. 68.5% cite shared growth as the key difference from colleagues; 63.3% gain emotional support, 58.5% work motivation, and 62.7% value the warmth and belonging they bring.
