On September 28, TieLu Primary School in Fuxing District, Handan City, Hebei Province, located in Eastern Northern China, launched an activity titled "Skilled Hands for Paper-Cuts to Greet National Day". China will celebrate its National Day on October 1st. Teachers and students at this school crafted paper-cut works, conveying their love and blessings for the motherland through their fingertip skills and celebrating the upcoming National Day.
