Malian entrepreneur Aboubacar Garba KONTE is transforming energy access in his homeland through a China-Africa startup bridge. After witnessing solar solutions, he founded a tech-transfer company in Changsha’s Sino-Africa Youth Innovation Hub. His have delivered containerized solar storage units to Mali’s capital Bamako, with plans to expand to rural areas.
