Chinese Speech Contest!
一、比赛什么时候开始？
2021年12月27日至2022年2月22日：进行比赛报名、提交作文稿件和演讲视频；
2022年2月23日-2022年3月10日：进行网络展播；
2022年3月11日-2022年3月22日：初赛评审、公布入围选手名单；
2022年3月23日-2022年4月22日：决赛作品提交、展播、决赛评审、公布获奖名单；
2022年4月颁奖 。
Ⅰ.Procedure of the Contest:
From December 27, 2021 to February 22, 2022: register for the contest, submit composition manuscripts and speech videos;
From February 23, 2022 to March 10, 2022: network exhibition and broadcasting;
From March 11, 2022 to March 22, 2022: preliminary evaluation and publication of the list of finalists;
From March 23, 2022 to April 22, 2022: submission, exhibition and broadcasting of final works, final evaluation and publication of winning list;
April 2022: prize presentation.
二、谁可以参加？
① 参赛对象面向全球热爱、学习中文的外国朋友；
② 参赛者须母语非中文、非中国国籍；
③ 未成年参赛须取得监护人同意。
Ⅱ.Participants for the Contest:
1.Foreign friends who love and learn Chinese all over the world;
2.Must be native speakers of non-Chinese and non-Chinese nationality;
3.Minors must obtain the consent of their guardian.

How to Sign Up:
Choose one of the following two registration methods:
1. Registration page of “international online” official website: please scan the QR code to enter the registration page
2. WeChat Official Account of Wuzhou Hanfeng Education Technology Co., Ltd.: click on “read the original” at the end of text to get the details of the contest.
提交作品要求 方式一
▲以“我的中国缘”为主题的中文作文一篇（WORD或PDF格式），不限体裁（小说、散文、记叙文、诗歌），不少于800字。
▲将文稿以演讲形式录制成短视频，时长不超过5分钟，过程中可加入中华才艺表演（中国歌舞、传统器乐、戏曲、书法、绘画、武术等）
▲作品须为用手机或其他专业设备横屏拍摄的原创数码作品。视频尺寸为1920x1080（分辨率），MP4格式。可以通过软件在不改变作品原貌的前提下，做适当的后期处理，但不得对原始图像进行影响真实性、准确性的像素添加、删除或移动。
Submission Requirements: Method 1
▲ One Chinese composition (WORD or PDF format) with the theme of “My Chinese Fate”, not limited to genre (novel, prose, narrative, poetry), no less than 800 words.
▲ Record the manuscript into a short video in the form of speech for no more than 5 minutes. Chinese talent performances (Chinese song and dance, traditional instrumental music, opera, calligraphy, painting, martial arts, etc.) can be added during the speech.
▲ The works must be original digital works taken on horizontal screen with mobile phone or other professional equipment. The video size is 1920x1080 (resolution), MP4 format. Appropriate post-processing can be done through the software without changing the original appearance of the work, but pixels addition, deletion or shift that affect the authenticity and accuracy of the original image shall be avoided.

▲一等奖1名、二等奖3名、三等奖6名；
▲最佳文采奖（1名）：参赛作文作品主题鲜明，内容积极向上，文体明确，结构严谨，语言流畅、用词准确、形象生动。
▲最佳口才奖（1名）：参赛视频作品表达流畅，发音标准，吐字清晰，语速适当
▲最佳创意奖（1名）：参赛视频作品独具个性，拍摄角度新颖，给人耳目一新的感觉
▲最具魅力奖（1名）：参赛视频作品富有艺术感染力、吸引力和号召力，能引起观众感情的融合与共鸣。
▲最具潜质奖（1名）：鼓励选手实现自我突破，展现更好作品。
▲最佳网络人气奖（1名）：参赛作品将通过网络展播，经过全球网友投票选出。
Ⅳ.Awards:
▲ 1 first prize, 3 second prizes and 6 third prizes.
▲ Most literary award (1): the work has a distinctive theme, positive content, clear style, rigorous structure, fluent language, and accurate and vivid words.
▲ Most eloquent award (1): the participating video work has smooth expression, standard pronunciation, clear enunciation and appropriate speed.
▲ Most creative award (1): the participating video work has unique personality, novel shooting angle and creativity.
▲ Most attractive award (1): the participating video work is full of artistic appeal, attraction, and can cause the integration and resonance of the audience’s feelings.
▲ Most potential award (1): encourage participant to achieve self-breakthrough and show better works.
▲ Most Internet-popular award (1): the works will be displayed on the Internet and the winning work will be voted by netizens all over the world.
五、作品如何评选？
比赛作品经审定筛选后，上传至2021 “汉语桥“全球外国人汉语大会—中文演讲比赛专题页面展示。
由专家组评选出10位优秀参赛选手晋级决赛。
根据全球网友投票结果决出“最佳网络人气奖”1名
入围决赛选手根据指定主题提交决赛演讲稿及演讲视频，通过专家组评选决出一等奖1名，并获得“中文之星”称号，二等奖3名，三等奖6名。
从全部提交作品中评选出：最佳文采奖、最佳口才奖、最佳创意奖、最具魅力奖、最具潜质奖、最具潜质奖、最佳网络人气奖各一名。
Ⅴ.How to Appraise Works?
After being approved and screened, the competition works are uploaded to the special page of 2021 Chinese Bridge ● Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreigners across the Globe: Chinese Speech Contest.
The expert group will select 10 excellent participants for the final.
According to the voting results of global netizens, the “Most Internet-popularity award” will be determined.
The finalists submitted the final speech and speech videos according to the specified theme, and the expert group will select one first prize, who will win the title of “Chinese star” as well, three second prizes and six third prizes.
From all the submitted works, the following awards will be determined: the most literary award, the most eloquent award, the most creative award, the most attractive award, the most potential award, and the most Internet-popularity award.
六、奖品说明
一等奖1名授予“中文之星”称号，获得小米笔记本电脑一台及获奖证书；
二等奖3名 获得华为平板电脑一台及获奖证书；
三等奖6名 获得华为手表一只及获奖证书。
最佳文采奖、最佳口才奖、最佳创意奖、最具魅力奖、最具潜质奖、最佳网络人气奖各1名 获得华为降噪耳机一副及获奖证书。等奖1
*凡参加比赛者均可获得参赛证书。以上奖品仅作参考，具体以实发奖品为准。
Ⅵ.Prize Description
One first-prize winner, who will be awarded the title of “Chinese Star” and win a Xiaomi laptop and an award certificate.
Three second-prize winners, and each winner will be awarded a Huawei tablet computer and an award certificate.
Six third-prize winners, and each winner will be awarded a Huawei watch and an award certificate.
Winners of the most literary award, the most eloquent award, the most creative award, the most attractive award, the most potential award, and the most Internet-popularity award will be awarded a pair of Huawei noise reduction headphones and an award certificate.
*All participants will receive a certificate of participation in the contest. The above prizes are for reference only, and the actual prizes shall prevail.
